About Martha Tomaino
Martha Tomaino brings more than 17 years of experience in business management, sales, leadership, and business development to Grubaugh Construction. Her background includes business ownership, strategic sales, operations, workforce development, and building strong relationships with businesses and community partners throughout the Uintah Basin.
A lifelong Uintah Basin resident, Martha has a deep connection to the community and a passion for supporting local businesses and economic growth. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and connecting people and organizations in ways that create long-term value.
At Grubaugh Construction, Martha focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client and community relationships, supporting local marketing efforts, and helping expand the company’s presence throughout the Uintah Basin and surrounding areas.
Martha earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Utah State University and is currently pursuing dual graduate degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources at Utah State University.
She is deeply engaged in the Uintah Basin business community, serving on the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce Economic & Business Development and Public Relations Committees, the Basin HR Committee, and as a member of the Dinah Mites. She is also an active member of the Women’s Business Center of Utah Uintah Basin Chapter, supporting local businesses, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and continued economic growth throughout the Basin.
Martha believes the strongest business relationships begin with listening, understanding what people need, communicating clearly, and following through. For her, business development is about much more than making a sale. It is about earning trust, creating lasting partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth of the community.
Martha is excited to bring her experience, relationships, and passion for the Uintah Basin to Grubaugh Construction while helping support the company’s continued growth and commitment to the communities it serves.
